Regional Partners | A Global Standard, Executed Locally.
The Regional Partners represent the strategic expansion of Kennis Partners across the world’s leading financial centers.
They are not commercial representatives, they are senior executives with proven track records in client relationships, capital introduction, and strategic advisory, capable of connecting verified capital with institutional-grade opportunities.
Kennis provides a platform designed for those who lead with judgment and results, a global architecture without the rigidity of large institutions, enabling partners to operate independently, maintain control over their client base, and access transaction infrastructure, governance, and brand presence across the five major global markets.
The Role
The Regional Partner serves as the institutional presence of Kennis Partners within their region.
This is a strategic role, identifying real opportunities, connecting verifiable capital, and ensuring execution quality in every transaction.
They operate within a selective ecosystem built on discretion, precision, and credibility.
During the initial twelve months, the partnership focuses on performance and trust: there is no fixed remuneration, but direct participation in fees and carry derived from their closed transactions.
Upon achieving verified targets in capital and execution, the Regional Partner becomes eligible for the Revenue Share Partnership Program, which includes the possibility of an Equity Share Agreement in their regional Kennis entity, formalizing their position as an Equity Partner.

Equity & Recognition
After the first twelve months and verified performance, the Regional Partner may become an Equity Partner of Kennis in their region, participating directly in the firm’s growth and long-term value creation.
At that stage, the Regional Partner will operate under a recognized regional structure, for example, Kennis Partners [Your Region] gaining the stature of a global firm without starting from zero.
This transition formalizes your presence within the Kennis Global Council®, positioning you on the same institutional platform where capital providers, family offices, and strategic funds operate worldwide.
It is not merely a title; it is the opportunity to build your own global firm within a trusted architecture, with governance, infrastructure, and credibility already in place.
Recognition & Institutional Presence
Upon approval, you will be formally appointed as a Board Council Member of the Kennis Global Council®, representing your country and region within a select network of strategic leaders shaping the future of investment and sustainability worldwide.
Your professional profile will be featured on the Global Council portal, under your country and regional presentation, highlighting your expertise and leadership.
You will also receive your official credentials, insignia, and digital media kit, including Council logos and visual assets, allowing you to present your new role on LinkedIn and other platforms with institutional recognition.

During your first twelve months, you will operate under the Council mandate, a pathway toward becoming a Regional Equity Partner, establishing your own Kennis Partners entity in your region and joining the firm’s global growth trajectory.
